1. Make an online reservation approximately 10 days in advance.
2. When you arrive, submit the online reservation form to the staff. Officer who receives queue card (I'm a young man) The service and advice are very good. He speaks nicely and gives documents to fill out. Then, not more than 3 minutes later, he was called inside. (But if you don't reserve an online queue You have to get in line in front of the room and sit and wait outside. There will be a lot of people and it will take a long time.)
